Mediation
Shauna Wallace is a trained mediator, having completed the 40+ hours of training required by Sup. R. 16 for Ohio courts.
Here at 3E Consulting & Training Solutions, L.L.C views mediation as a dynamic, structured and interactive process. The facilitation process is geared towards the parties making decisions based on what is in the best interest for them regarding the issues at hand.

Parenting Coordination
Parenting coordination is an approach to dispute resolution that goes beyond mediation, psychotherapy, and other forms of resolving conflicts between co-parents.
At 3E we believe that parenting coordination is a collaborative process that fosters hope, encouragement, and empowerment for the family.
I am an approved Parenting Coordinator under Sup.R.90.05 having the requisite, education, experience, and advanced training to accept appointments from all Ohio counties.

Supervised visitation is when the noncustodial parent is able to visit his or her child/ren under the supervision of another person. Visitation can take place at a facility, home, and/or community.
The purpose of supervised visitation is to ensure that parents have an opportunity to maintain contact with their child/ren in a structured environment that is both safe and comfortable for the child/ren.
