Dr. Shauna Wallace is an accomplished social worker and CEO of 3E AFFINITY INC., a private foundation that focuses on restoring community relationships and supporting families impacted by community violence. With over ten years of experience in the social service arena, Dr. Wallace is a seasoned trainer, consultant, and change agent. She owns 3E Consulting & Training Solutions, LLC, providing training and family and individual solutions through engagement, education, and empowerment.

Driven by a passion for social justice and community improvement, Dr. Wallace is dedicated to challenging and dismantling systemic racism and promoting restorative practices. She has worked in various settings, including education, medicine, and courts, and has developed a diverse skill set that allows her to engage authentically with service users. Dr. Wallace holds a Doctor of Social Work degree from Simmons University, a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor’s in Human and Community Services from Queen’s University of Charlotte.
